03

Other stays

Downtown Palm Springs has many hotels at different price points, plus a wide selection of Airbnb and vacation-rental options.

Groups may find that sharing a rental home is more affordable and convenient than booking separate hotel rooms.

04

Flying

Palm Springs International Airport is the easiest option for most out-of-town guests.

Other options include Ontario, Orange County, LAX, Burbank, and San Diego. Most guests using these airports will need a rental car, and Friday traffic may push drive times beyond two hours.

05

Guests from LA

This section is for local guests who already live in the Los Angeles area. If you are flying in, Palm Springs International Airport is the easiest option.

For LA-area guests, the venue is roughly 1.5 hours away under normal conditions. Because the wedding is on a Friday, please plan around traffic and avoid peak rush-hour timing when possible.

06

Transportation

We recommend planning transportation to and from the venue in advance.

Consider scheduling and sharing Uber or Lyft rides with other guests, or splitting a rental car with your group. Coordinating ahead of time will make the approximately 45-minute trip from Palm Springs easier and more affordable.

07

Saturday plans

We are tentatively planning an informal Saturday afternoon trip on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Everyone is welcome to join. Final timing and details will be shared closer to the wedding.

08

Weather

The entire venue is outdoors and it may become chilly after sunset.

Please bring a warm layer. Heaters and a fire pit will be available during the evening.
